Service Description and Scope

K7VPN provides network acceleration for users outside China accessing services in China, as well as cross-border access subscriptions. International routes cover 100+ countries / 210+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Choose routes based on your needs; the available routes and configurations shown in the user panel are authoritative.

The service provides network connectivity and does not include memberships, content licenses or account eligibility for third-party platforms. Access to those platforms remains subject to their regional policies, account status, content licenses and network conditions. Continued availability of specific content is not guaranteed.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. If you notice suspicious access, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket. Do not post subscription details on public pages or in groups.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for use by the account holder on their own devices. Reselling subscriptions, publicly distributing connection configurations, or sharing an account or subscription with others for commercial use or to provide access services is not allowed. Unlimited devices do not permit resale or sharing with others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated by the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where you use the service, and ensure that your access has a lawful basis. Do not use the service for fraud, violations of others' privacy or intellectual property rights, distribution of unlawful content, or other illegal activity.

Do not access systems without authorization, carry out malicious attacks, send spam, or disrupt the network or other users through automated abuse or similar means. You must also follow the usage rules of third-party websites; network connectivity does not replace any required authorization.

Availability and Limitations of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routing, the destination platform and device configuration. Maintenance, upstream network issues or events beyond our control may result in route changes or interruptions. K7VPN does not guarantee consistent performance in every region or at all times.

If you have connection issues, first check your local network and client configuration, try another route, and report what happened through a support ticket. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that must be accepted under applicable law. Losses caused by outages on third-party platforms or by a user's violation of these terms will be assessed based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel support tickets to submit a refund request. Include the relevant order and your request; no reason is required.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are accepted. Refund processing requires verification of the account and order ownership. Do not include your password or complete subscription details in a support ticket. Check your ticket and payment provider for updates on processing and receipt; these terms do not promise a specific refund arrival time.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases of unlawful use, malicious disruption, resale or prohibited sharing, K7VPN may suspend the relevant connection or terminate account access based on the nature of the conduct, and will explain the reason where feasible. If you believe an action was taken in error, submit relevant details through a support ticket to request a review. Refund requests are handled under the terms above and applicable law.

Changes to the service rules will be announced through the update date on this page and notices on the website or in the user panel. Users will be directed to review significant changes affecting their rights. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to existing orders under applicable law.
